Want to taste 6 of the best Red Bordeaux that can be bought here? All but one is rated #95 or higher by Robert Parker (one is # 93) Parker also says that the current cost of these 6 wines top out around $3,500.00. Vintages are 2005 and 2006.

Parker comments include “One of the vintage's top wines” “It is a brilliant effort displaying sensational purity, texture, and length that should be exceptionally long-lived.” “it possesses superb concentration” “Since 1998, no other Bordeaux estate except Ausone has had such a superlative record of quality.” “Probably the greatest Pape-Clement ever made” “another classic, potentially long-lived wine in 2006.”

Format is a Boardroom setting with Jill Kummer leading the tasting and discussions.  Dress is Casual.  Very nice hors d’oeuvres included.  Doors open at 5:30 PM. Tasting begins promptly at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $300 per person. Must be over 21 years of age to attend. Seating is extremely limited.

We’ve got the classics – one made it into a movie, another has 21 of 25 vintages #90 (most are 95 +) or higher. We’ve got the Cult Cabs – one is $350.00 a bottle, if you can get it – Two are tastings “by appointment only” if you can get an appointment.

California Meritage Blends are a way to make great Bordeaux-style reds and we've got some of the best.
